Terms and Conditions

Last updated July 31st 2026 · Applies to this website and the platform

These terms govern your use of the NESTOR LOGIC website and, together with your service agreement, the platform. We keep them in plain language where possible; if anything is unclear, ask us before relying on it.

Who we are

NESTOR LOGIC is based in Montréal, Québec. You can reach us at hello@nestorlogic.ai.

Use of this website

You may browse the site, run the free compliance scanner (subject to the Scanner Terms & Limitations), and contact us. You agree not to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.

Accounts and the platform

Access to the platform is provided under a service agreement with your business. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for the actions taken under your account. Every change to a managed site requires the owner's explicit approval before it goes live, and actions are recorded in an audit trail.

Fees

Packages are billed as a monthly subscription, with a one-time setup fee where applicable. Working prices shown on this site are confirmed with your account before quoting. There are no long-term contracts; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Content and intellectual property

Your content stays yours. You grant us the licence needed to host, display and operate it as part of the service. The platform, its design and its software remain ours.

Third-party platforms

Where the service updates platforms you connect — point of sale, business listings, reservations, delivery — those platforms' own terms continue to apply to your accounts there. We act on your instructions and approvals.

Disclaimers

What the service is — and is not

The service helps you reduce exposure and keep a documented, good-faith record of the steps you have taken. It does not guarantee compliance with any law, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Scanner results are governed by the Scanner Terms & Limitations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional or gross fault or for bodily or moral injury.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Canada Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will give notice of material changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute belongs to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
